Snow Topped Cranberry Bars

- 2 cups Fresh or frozen Twin Lake Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Butter softened
- 1 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cups Walnuts
- 2 Eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 3 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix eggs, butter and vanilla with mixer until smooth. Add flour, salt and nuts to mixture and mix. Add and mix in cranberries. Spread in 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool. Top with cream cheese frosting. Makes approximately 24 bars.
