Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish

A great relish served by itself or on your favorite sandwich. Especially good with cold turkey.

  • 3 cups Twin Lake Cranberries 1 12oz. package is 3 cups
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar


  • Wash and cut oranges into quarter and remove seeds. Place Twin Lake cranberries and oranges in a food processor and pulse until chopped to your liking. Place cranberry/orange mixture in a bowl and add sugar. Stir thoroughly. Refrigerate or freeze in airtight containers.


You can purchase several bags of Twin Lake Cranberries along with fresh oranges and make a large batch and freeze in containers to suit your family needs.  This recipe freezes great.  For an added touch you can add chopped walnuts to it before serving.
