Cranberry Tea
Delightful holiday drink. Makes a great gift too!

- 4 cups Twin Lake Cranberries Fresh or frozen
- 8 cups water
- 3 sticks cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
Boil 8 cups of water and 4 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries until they pop. (I let them go a little longer until there is a nice red color to the water)Strain and return juice to kettle. Add cinnamon sticks and simmer 10 minutes. Add 2 cups of sugar and bring to a boil. Turn off heat. Add the lemon juice and the orange juice. Remove the cinnamon sticks.Can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks. To serve heat up in microwave or on stove. May be diluted with water to suit your taste. Add a cinnamon stick for added flavor.
